RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us cs@mawihouse.com or Whatsapp 6285945968504 and please indicate your intention to return and exchange the item within 7 days of delivery.

We do not issue refunds unless we have sent you the wrong order or faulty item.

In the case of an exchange or return, merchandise must be sent back within
14 days of delivery.
We kindly ask that merchandise must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered from the original condition and must also have all tags remain attached.
After inspecting the merchandise we will issue the exchange of the product.
All SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
All shipping and handling costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

When purchasing from www.mawihouse.com you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
